Not personally, but I remember hearing a while back about several
webmasters, including a columnist for one of the big dailies, having
their accounts cut off and outstanding payments cancelled for alleged
fraudulent behaviour. It looks like the programme has been hit a lot by
fraudsters who generate false clicks on their competitors' ads in order
to make said competitors pay more money, and Google has been a bit
heavy-handed in response.

Perhaps predictably, Google won't find me a reference now. But it must
be true, it happened the year before I came up! :->
