The mailing list is fairly free-form, however, certain things should be noted.

Any message posted to the cam.pm list will have [cam.pm] prepended to its subject line unless the subject line matches /\[cam\.pm\]/.

Any job advert should be posted with "[JOB]" in the subject line to aid filtering by those people who are unwilling to recieve job adverts on the cam.pm list. Anyone violating this principle will be summarily removed from the membership of cam.pm. Someone repeatedly violating this could potentially find themselves facing candidacy for the MAPS RBL (see http://mail-abuse.com/rbl/).

Along similar lines, if you would like to post your latest CV, please could you make sure that your subject line contains the text "[CV]".
